Michael Doucas has been a successful startup consultant and technology advisor for the last 10 years. He was formerly a Managing Director for ELUTIONS responsible for business development, contract negotiations, partner alliances, channel strategy and the international expansion of ELUTIONS Internet-based enterprise energy management systems, smart building technology, cleantech and wireless data solutions. For over 11 years, Michael Doucas was involved in corporate and emerging market development in the energy, utility and Telco sectors. As a startup consultant, Michael has worked with startups in the cleantech, agtech, fintech, EV-decarbonization and the energy and water technology spaces. In terms of real estate, Michael has negotiated and executed multiple lease agreements for commercial property and is an accredited real estate investor. Mr. Doucas is a former SEC-licensed Investment Advisor for Morgan Stanley, a graduate of Georgetown University.

Erick Bratt is a Business Intelligence Advisor at Morpheus Advisors. Erick has a passion for assisting forward thinking founders and accelerating growth of startup companies. Additionally, Erick serves as a startup mentor to Gener8tor’s accelerator companies. He has a 10+ year career leveraging data and reporting to generate business insights and drive actionable results. Most recently, Erick was the Data and Reporting Manager for Molson Coors, responsible for data analysis, business intelligence reporting, and led several data management initiatives for the Procurement Center of Excellence. Prior to his time at Molson Coors, Erick drove change within Johnson Controls, Weil Pump (family business), and BabbleWare (software startup). Mr. Bratt was raised in Wisconsin and is a business graduate of Marquette University with majors in Information Technology and Marketing.
